We want to know everything! We recommend filling out intake forms PRIOR to your appointment in case there are any contraindications that would not allow the treatment to be safely performed. This is a judgement-free space and the more information we have to go off of, the better we can design your treatment plan.

Please avoid Botox, fillers, and retinol products two weeks before treatment. Discontinue any exfoliants / AHAs / BHAs 72hrs prior to treatment.

Please arrive 10min early with clean skin free of makeup or product. It’s important to assess your skin in its natural state in order to better create a custom plan. If you are arriving from work and don’t have time to remove makeup or product beforehand, please plan to arrive a little earlier.

Remove contact lenses before your treatment. They can be put back in after treatment. 

post-care

Following your jet plasma treatment, the micro-channels in the skin will be open for the next 12 hours. It is important that nothing except the recommended home care is applied to the skin during this time. For the next 12 hours post-treatment we also recommend avoiding: makeup, exercise, sauna, steam.
