Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for a stress-free check-in, including using the restroom, changing, and filling out the new client intake forms if you haven’t done so prior to your arrival. It is highly recommended filling the intake forms prior to your appointment in case there are any contraindications or reasons a treatment requested cannot be safely performed.

Please arrive to your appointment bare-faced without makeup or product on. It’s important to assess your skin in its natural state in order to better create a custom plan. If you are coming from work and don’t have time to remove makeup and product beforehand, please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Write down or take photos of any products you are currently using as well as any supplements and prescriptions. Give us a general overview of your diet and health, and write down any questions you would like to discuss. This is a judgement-free space and the more information we have to go off of, the better we can design your treatment plan. Be open to our suggestions, and remember this is a team effort where we both have parts to play to help get you to your goals.

Please make us aware of any allergies or if you are sensitive to any specific ingredients. If needed, a patch test can be scheduled 24-48hrs in advance to check for any potential reaction.

Discontinue retinol products two weeks before treatment, and prescription grade retinol one month prior to treatment. Discontinue any exfoliants / AHAs / BHAs 72 hours prior to treatment. Avoid Botox and fillers two weeks before treatment.

After a facial treatment, we recommend following these aftercare guidelines to maximize the longevity of your results and prevent possible irritation:

To prevent introducing bacteria to your freshly exfoliated skin, please avoid touching your face with dirty hands. Clean the frames of your glasses, and wear a new face mask if you came in with a disposable one. Wash your makeup brushes and pillow cases when you get home, and try to skip makeup for the next 24 hours.

You must be SPF compliant after all facial services to protect your freshly exfoliated skin from the damaging effects of the sun. Even if it’s “not sunny outside”, harmful UV rays are still present and your skin will be more vulnerable to its effects. We recommend using a SPF30+ and to reapply every 2-4 hours throughout the day depending on sun exposure.

For the next 24 hours avoid the following to prevent irritation: makeup, prolonged sun exposure, steam, saunas, hot tubs, hot showers, swimming, excessive heat, strenuous exercise and sweating. Stick to lukewarm water when cleansing

For the next 48-72 hours avoid: exfoliation, retinoids, AHAs, and BHAs.

After any facial treatment, it is normal to experience minor skin purging, which may appear as tiny, pinhead-sized whiteheads. This occurs because increased hydration and cell turnover help bring underlying impurities to the surface, allowing them to clear naturally. During this time, it’s important to avoid picking at the skin to prevent pigmentation, scarring, and the spread of bacteria. If a blemish is ready for extraction, we recommend using two cotton swabs dipped in a mild astringent to gently remove it. Avoid using excessive pressure or fingernails, as this can damage the skin and lead to further irritation.

Remember, 80% of your results depend on a following a consistent home care routine. To maximize your progress, it is essential to use the recommended products and follow your customized skincare plan. Consistency is key to achieving your goals of healthy, glowing skin!

If you are a first time client and unsure where to start, we recommend scheduling a consultation. This allows us to assess your skin, understand your goals, and recommend the best treatment plan for you.

If you are a returning client and not sure what to book, please reach out to us directly via text at 213-618-9618 for guidance
